CANCELLATION POLICY FOR REGISTRATION

• Full Cancellation Deadline: December 31, 2023
• All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by December 31, 2023.
• After December 31, 2023, no refunds will be given for registration cancellations.

GROUP REGISTRATION

Group registration and discount are available for a minimum of 10 delegates. All requests must be made via e-mail to esl2024@soloevent.net.

All accommodation requests must be made via e-mail to esl2024@soloevent.net for individual and group hotel booking.
